PASSION. PURPOSE. PEACE.
For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in working with people. I enjoyed history and psychology in high school and was drawn to learn about others' experiences and how that impacted their journey. In the years since, I have studied psychology, sociology, psychotherapy, and the human experience both through formal education and several other immersive experiences. I have been lucky enough to travel throughout the world, encountering people from all walks of life. I have witnessed first hand the effects of deep and trusting connection with oneself and others. My passion is to establish that connection through therapy as a means of healing.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Saint Joseph’s University and my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry at Villanova University - blending my clinical interests with my spiritual leanings. I continue to seek out formal clinical training to support my clients in our work together.

I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD.

I earned my 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certification at the Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India in 2019. I hold a certification in Trauma-Informed Yoga (Street Yoga, 2019) and Restorative Yoga (Three Queens Yoga, 2023).

When I am not in sessions or teaching yoga, you can find me exploring new neighborhoods, spending time with friends and family, or experimenting with new cooking methods. I love to stay active through yoga and running. I also volunteer with a nonprofit called Speak 4 Silent Voices, which supports children in Kolkata, India seeking an education.
