A safe haven for anxious, overwhelmed, and burned out adults.
My name is Katie and I am a therapist, yoga instructor, and meditation teacher with a passion for helping others to deepen their relationship with themselves and tap into their inner wisdom to live authentic lives. This can sound easier said than done when you are navigating life changes, work stress, relationship struggles, or mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, or post traumatic stress. This is where I come in.
I have many deeply held beliefs that guide my work and my life, but one of them is this:
We cannot do it all alone.
What I want folks to know is that it is ok to ask for help. It is ok to say, "this load is too heavy for me to bear on my own." As humans we are, by our nature, communal beings. We thrive on connection and support. If you are finding this page and feeling shame in not being able to "do it all," then you have come to the right place. If you feel afraid of what you might learn in therapy, you have also come to the right place. If you want to learn new ways of coping, communicating, and navigating all that life throws your way, you have come to the right place.

I provide virtual therapy and yoga for adults in California and Pennsylvania. I primarily serve those in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Greater Philadelphia Area, but am able to work with anyone across both states.
